ABOUT ROMY VALENTINA

 

 

Having joyously performed in VHS home movies since she the age of 5, Romy has had a lifelong love affair with acting. With over fifteen years of professional training, she is happy to say that she is acting in front of more advanced cameras these days. Romy’s versatility and constant desire to challenge herself has cast her in an eclectic range of characters from "The Cheshire Cat" in Alice in Wonderland to "Marilyn Monroe" in Marilyn and Jack. 

 

A native New Yorker, Romy has trained and resided in both NYC and Los Angeles. Her training has been primarily focused at the Matt Newton Acting Studio in NYC, where she attends their Film Acting Masterclass. Romy holds a BA in Psychology, which has always proved exceptionally useful when it comes to exploring new depths to character analysis.

 

Outside of the acting world - Romy is an avid traveler, yogi, and wine enthusiast. She also sells real estate in Brooklyn, where she resides with her dog, Ziggy.

 

Romy is currently writing, producing, and acting in her own short film. Stay tuned for updates!
